If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Conditions for Returns:
Simply return your unwanted items back to us within 14 days of your purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment. Please make sure your items met our criteria below. No exceptions allowed.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 14 days of your order date for a full refund. Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns after 14 days cannot be accepted. Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item (via any carrier) you return.
Returns past the 14 day return policy you will not be accepted for a refund.
Once your return is received please allow 2 days for us to process to request the refund.
Interpretation and Definitions:
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $100 in the US and a flat $6.99 on orders under $100. For Canadian orders over $120 US free shipping and a flat rate of $9.99 for orders under $120.
All items will ship within 48 hours (unless a Holiday falls in then it will push the time 24 to 48 hours more)
